This Lunar-tic Is Selling His Dream For $24
Honestly, this just warms my heart. I’m going to go buy property now on the moon. I love how Denis didn’t ask for permission, he did it and asked them to let him know if they had a legal problem with it. I’m gonna go ahead and say that every single successful person on Earth has at one time, perhaps numerous times, have just gotten the job done and looked around later to make sure everyone was legally cool with them.
I’m calling this Denis Hope a success. He’s selling the moon acre by acre because he can. And there’s billions to purchase. That’s not crazy, that’s great business sense.

Jesse Epstein: 34X25X36 Are They Really The Perfect Measurements?

34X25X36 Are They Really The Perfect Measurements? Mannequin manufacturer, Patina V Mannequin Factory outside Los Angeles, thinks so.
Owner Norman Glazer, “All it is is to stir up the adrenaline in the buyer and say hmm, I could look like that.”
Designer George Martin compares mannequins to religious art, specifically the images and statues the Church created of Saints. Which raises another topic for conversation. If these mannequins, which portray an image of the perfect female form, are meant to conjure this spiritual and emotional response, what is going to be our salvation?
Film maker Jesse Epstein captures the art form of mannequin creation in a short film entitles 34X25X36.
“There are no perfect bodies out there, we make the perfect body.”
Birthday Wishes For One Of Fashion’s Best Talents

It is always a big deal when Trudi calls your agent to bring you in for polaroids. Things are probably going very well for you in terms of a modeling career when that phone call comes. This is the woman who advised Anna Wintour as the new faces editor at Vogue, which means Trudi knows better than your mom if you’ll make it in the business or not. And, if you do have a chance, she’s the person that understands exactly what it will take to shape you into the next Giselle or Karolina Kurkova, who she managed during her time at DNA model management.
Trudi was one of the people in fashion that believed in my talent. She first introduced me to Anna and later represented me at DNA. What a relief if was to walk into my new agency and see Trudi sitting there. I knew I’d be in good hands with her on my side. I’m forever grateful for the guidance and support Trudi has given me over the years.
If you’re wondering if you’ve got what it takes or you want to hear more from Trudi herself, you’ve got a few options to connect with her.

Happy Valentines Day… 4 Fun Facts
Happy Valentine’s Day from SupermodelCentral!
So before Hallmark took over Valentine’s Day, there was a whole other world to get involved in. I thought it’d be fun to do a little google research into the meaning and history of Valentine’s Day.
Here’s some of the fun facts I found on wikipedia.
- Saint Valentine’s head was preserved in the abbey of New Minster, Winchester, and venerated. -Wiki Yep, people in Winchester have a head preserved that they hold in great esteem. Now that’s love.
- Bishop Demetri of the Orthodox Research Institute, in a keynote address, states that “St. Valentine was a priest near Rome in about the year 270 A.D, a time when the church was enduring great persecution. His ministry was to help the Christians to escape this persecution, and to provide them the sacraments, such as marriage, which was outlawed by the Roman Empire at that time. – Wiki See… there was a time when gay AND straight people couldn’t marry. Imagine that?!? How unbilblical.
- In 1797 Victorian’s were considered prudish. A British publisher created anonymous valentines for people to send. -Wiki This is commonly known as the era of stalking. See internet? You’re not the first to hide behind a profile.
- In Taiwan the situation is the reverse of Japan’s. Men give gifts to women on Valentine’s Day, and women return them on White Day. -Wiki Guess who’s getting Marshmallows this year!
Hope you all have a sweet V-day and a beautiful rest of your evening. No matter who you’re with, no matter where you are tonight, know that you’re never alone. Aw heck… if you are cold and lonely… at least your head isn’t preserved in an abbey.
