FABULOUS! Isabella Rossellini is on the cover of Italian Vogue for the June 12 issue. I couldn’t be more thrilled! She began modeling when when she was 28 and now at nearly 60 years old, she looks stunning. Gorgeous. Full of life.

It take a strong step forward into the new age of fashion; one in which women get to celebrate how awesome it is to be a woman. The cover line tells us all. Italian Vogue has always been the mecca of fashion bibles with American Vogue a very close, commercially driven, second. Anna Wintour took a huge risk years ago when she came out with the annual Shape Issue that celebrated all sizes. And now, Italian editor, Franca Sozzani, has taken that message a step further beyond shapes and sizes, stepping beyond physical boundaries and into the expression of spirit.
